THE BLACK GOLD BULL SALE

To all our valued customers and supporters,

In 2022, our family has decided to discontinue the Black Gold Bull Sale. Our intention is to partner with another seedstock producer that is aligned with our genetic performance goals. We plan to create a new sale in 2023 at a new venue.

Our focus from the beginning, 30+ years ago has been to develop a cow herd that benefits the cow/calf producer, which are highly functional and maternal with increased longevity. Bulls produced from our cow herd are highly functional and fertile. They consistently produce calves that are uniform in their type and kind and are highly sought after for their heifer replacement value and their performance in the feedlot.

For now, we will be offering our 16-month-old bulls for sale on "Private Treaty". the bulls are located at Mission Livestock's Greenwood Feedlot facility located at 6569 County Road 27, Orland, CA 95963. Viewing of the bulls will start in the last week of August by appointment only to maintain biosecurity at the feedlot. Charlie, Chester, Katie, or I will be available to show the bulls at your convenience. Call me to schedule a viewing.
